Meeting Notes. VoiceNotes is a dictation service that allows busy professionals to record critical notes, meeting summaries, contact calls and key data using any phone. The voicenotes are then processed securely, proofread for accuracy and returned to the user, with the option to configure automatic routing to a colleague/team, or for insertion straight into the CRM system.
Transcription. We transcribe audiofiles (single or multi-voice) of calls, interviews, meetings and all other business interactions requiring a documented record. We also transcribe hundreds of web conferencing and virtual meetings!
Proofreading. Our specialist UK-based team can proofread, copy-edit or completely re-draft your pre-written documentation, including brochures, websites, marketing material and press releases, to ensure grammatically perfect, coherent and engaging written copy.
How much does VoiceNotes cost?
Proofreading only – from £15 + vat per 1,000 words
Proofreading and Copy Editing – from £20 + vat per 1,000 words

VoiceNotes’ call reporting licences are subscription-based and are on a fixed price per person per month basis. We offer free trials so you can assess the value. All licences include support from our client service team with a named account director. Our costs vary depending on your team size and requirements. Prices start from one user to a global licence for 100+ users. Additional costs are charged for storage and bespoke requirements/set up. How long is the free trial for?
Usually a week, which provides enough time to leave a good few meeting notes and/or reports.
Can you use any phone?
Yes – Your secure VoiceNotes dial-in number can be accessed using any phone in any country. Please ask us if you are based outside of the UK and require a local dial-in number.
Is IT integration required?
No – IT integration is not required to use the VoiceNotes Meeting Note Service; however, we can work with your CRM specialist if you have specific requirements that fall outside of our current service.
How accurate is it?
We only recruit editorial-grade proofreaders whom we train in-house to become experts in call reports and understanding sector-specific terminology and a broad range of accents. This is what sets VoiceNotes apart from a traditional dictation and transcription service.
Is there a minimum/maximum number of users?

Is it secure?
Yes – The built-in network encryption code provides secure network transport of data. All emails are sent from our servers via TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption. An SSL certificate is in place on internal systems. Banks and asset managers have completed due diligence on our systems and have registered with the service because it meets their strict security requirements. Penetration and application testing is available on request.
Financial transcription companies have to offer increased security versus other transcription companies to meet the demand of the industry. The costs of transcription may well reflect this a little. However, it’s well worth the extra in value and security.
