Yes – Your secure VoiceNotes dial-in number can be accessed using any phone in any country. Please ask us if you are based outside of the UK and require a local dial-in number.

Yes – The built-in network encryption code provides secure network transport of data. All emails are sent from our servers via TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption. An SSL certificate is in place on internal systems. Banks and asset managers have completed due diligence on our systems and have registered the service because it meets their strict security requirements. Penetration and application testing is available on request.
